GEO Office in Atlanta Area
GEO has established an office in the Atlanta area and appointed David Penn as project manager. GEO's recent projects in the area include monitoring the Georgia Municipal Association headquarters expansion and various projects requiring monitoring of vibration, pore-water pressure, and slope movement.
David Penn has a Master of Civil Engineering degree from Georgia Southern and has been supporting GEO projects throughout the Southeast since January 2020. Before joining GEO, David conducted geotechnical quality assurance operations on multifamily and commercial construction projects along Georgia’s coastal region.
